Linguistic Agents has announced a new service, Streaming Logic, that will allow software and web developers to easily incorporate Natural Language understanding into a wide range of applications.
Streaming Logic can be used to improve results of existing search engines by isolating important key phrases based on full sentence structure, enabling faster navigation within content-rich websites, adding textual commands to shopping and other websites, enhancing usability of portals and websites with multiple information sources, simplifying the answering function on FAQ pages or customer support websites, adding simplified subscription to online services/customization of websites, enhancing the ability of news sites/ RSS aggregate sites to filter through and prioritize news and enabling easier navigation within documents.
"Our intelligent command engine can provide developers an entire new layer of Natural Language understanding," said Sasson Margaliot, Founder and CEO of Linguistic Agents. "In addition, software houses, big or small, will save significant programming hours thanks to our ultra-sophisticated engine. A server running our Streaming Logic application will receive phrases or sentences in plain English and send back their XML equivalents immediately. These can then be used in various software applications."
