To say the least those with lots of STD calls will find this offer very very attractive. At Rs 495 any offer from any one is a bargain.
I think Tata and Reliance have adjusted to the pulse of the nation.

Mr. Vineet,
This is not a trend setting tariff.
This innovation was brought abt by Reliance.
Moreover, they offer it in 495 Rs.
Please try something actually new!
Try attracting customers for a change.

No Offences Meant.

499 is Too much
Navneet Saini @ Jul 05, 2008
useless offer. come out like Airtel or Vodafone. Without any precondition all local calls are Rs 0.50 and STDs are Rs 1.50. You can add any STV to reduce call charges further.
Chiradip Das @ Jul 05, 2008
Both Reliance and TATAs are outdated in their plans, handsets and technologies. Too boring to even think of any of these two. Reliance customer care sucks any day and TATAs set the trend of long term Prepaid which in turn became LifeTime Prepaid etc....

Reliance just made the mobile affordable for common man during 2002-2003
Amar @ Jul 05, 2008
They have copied the trend from Reliance.
