Microsoft has announced the release of a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) blogging editor to help non technical users with writing and editing their blogs. Windows Live Writer allows users to display text and position images and works with a range of blogging services other than Microsoft's own Windows Live Spaces, such as Google Blogger, LiveJournal, TypePad, and WordPress.
