Microsoft Sued Over Scratched Xbox360 Discs

Days after Microsoft spent over $5 Billion in hardware repairs on failed Xbox 360 consoles, the software giant has been dragged to court by Jorge Brouwer, a ticked off Florida resident who claims that the Xbox 360 scratched his discs rendering them totally useless and is demanding around $5 million in compensation as well as repair charges.


And here’s what a Microsoft spokesperson had to say about that, "Out of the millions of Xbox consoles in use, Microsoft has not received any widespread reports of Xbox 360s scratching discs."

I think that guy is a idiot i have all three versions of the xbox360 and that never happens to my discs
