Want Dead Rising 2? Take the poll

Capcom's zombie slaughter-fest Dead Rising has just hit the market and is doing pretty well judging by all the positive reviews. Now we all know the norm right? A good game has to spawn a sequel and that's probably what Capcom probably intend on doing, but they're playing it a bit safe here by asking gamers if they want a sequel instead of shoving it down their throat. So Capcom's question to you is -

If a sequel to the game was made, would you buy it?

1. I would even buy a new console to play a sequel on if I had to.
2. I would buy it if it came out on a console I own.
3. I would wait and see how it is received first.
4. I would want to play it, but wouldn't want to buy it.
5. I wouldn't buy it.

Head over here to take the entire survey, but remember this survey doesn't guarantee a sequel. Before making a sequel I hope they would port this game to the PC first. Maybe we had enough signatures we could persuade them. Who's with me?

yes deadrising 2 should be made

i disagree with everyone i think the save system was awsum

the only thing i didnt like was there was so much to do and so little time. a larger number of survivers should be introduced.a larger mall or whatever area its in

and i think i speak for everyone when i say no more otis

oh yea, bring on part 2. i ll admit when i first played it i didnt like it i dont like over the sholder view i like first person view but i got use to it and the ai on the survivors suck they are just plain stupid but then i thought about it if this really happened could or would u actually even save people plus people are stupid anyways but i have played the game all the way though and got most of the achievments and even got the mega man blaster and the ending A , so yea bring on the next installment of dead rising but dont change the save system its different but it make playing the game interesting having to find a place to save plus if you play it enough you will know where to go with out looking at the map. one of the best games i have played

They should put in some sort of multiplayer in Dead rising 2. I mean what could be better than surviving in a mall with a few buddys of yours?

Yes!!!! Oh my gosh that would be freaking awesome!!!! I LOVED Dead Rising. And I know I'm gonna love Dead Rising 2. This game was inspiring to my Zombie story.

It realy should be a multi platform,but I don't think it will be.
It also should be one of these great ideas.
They sound verry cool and it would also make the game better

dead rising 2 should start as it ended with frank on the tank going to try to get out of the mall because in the end credits of overtime it says he got out and they show a long cut seen the second one should have it kinda like kingdom hearts 2 when inthe begining you should play a precal in santa cebeza then after continue with franks story going after ithe infectted kids from carlito and at the end of this one have frank ultematly turn into a zombie and also this should have 2 players or more and you could be any survivor with more guns and more bosses and also a chance to save each one of them and dual wielding weapons would be cool

dead rising is the best game i have ever played on ! i hope there are gonna be more added on to dead rising 2 though there could be more weapons like swords and guns maybe even BOMBS "! dead rising 1 is based in a mall in a town but you can not get out of the mall i hope that on number 2 it is based in a city or a much bigger town wich you can roam around in and number 2 should be much longer and have free roam and on the story mode longer hours and 2 player and you can switch to be a ZOMBIE ! I think that they should go multiplatform afterall they brought devil may cry to the 360 why shouldnt they bring dead rising to the ps3.

I think that having Dead Rising 2 on multi platform would bring in alot more money and people who don't have an xbox 360 or dont want one can play dead rising 2 as well. Make it for(PS3, XBOX 360, WII,PLAYSTAION 2) this would give every gamer a chance to play this great game, for example.... FULL AUTO was on XBOX 360, and now it went to PS3. Just try, because capcom are buddies with Nintendo and Sony. So dont just give microsoft a chance to TRY to steal the glory, Please make DEAD RISING 2 a multi platform game!!!!

There should be 2 player co-op(on the same console) split screened. The second player should have a fixed character aswell and could go anywhere like player 1. And an online system, where you can be any character. The area should be bigger. The game should be longer. More people to resque etc. More weapons especialy guns. Also if there is 10 weapons on a wall, you should be able to take all 10 off the wall.

I THINK IT WAS THE BEST GAME EVER. I COMPLETED IT OVER 10 TIMES.IT WAS REALLY ENJOYABLE I NEED A BREAK FROM IT THO BECAUSE I WILL GET BORED AND NEVER PLAY IT AGAIN.BY THE WAY CAPCOM LOST PLANET WAS A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!!

I would buy it if it had a longer playing time and it had more free roam gameplay like you could go round all of willamete and you had a stonger storline.

Dead rising 2....I just finished overtime mode and 72 hour mode today, and already i'm psyched about a possible sequel due to the storyline. It would be great to see a dead rising 2.

I would deffinately buy a dead rising 2. My ideal setting would be a town/city as well. Basically a gta:3 type of game, but different gameplay. And zombies, of course. :d

Dead Rising 2 would be awesome, but it should take place in an entire town (With a mall). Also the save system better not suck!
