AMD’s stranglehold over the budget market has been steadily eroded by Intel’s C2D processors over the last year or so. This development has led to the introduction of some excellent budget chipsets that come with above average features and good performance levels in the same price bracket. Keeping this in mind, Nvidia recently launched its MCP73 chipset, which is aimed at entry-level and budget PC shoppers.
