3DMARK 2006
3Dmark 2006 scores were exactly as we expected. The scores were about 14 percent part, which makes it a negligible difference in terms of real-world usage.
F.E.A.R
The performance difference here was quite pronounced. Unlike 3DMark, this difference can make all the difference between fluid gameplay and a slideshow.
The Zebronics card showed some real muscle here. It was just a shade behind its elder brother and gave a very good accounting of itself.
Company Of Heroes
This game’s performance really exposed the 7900GS and 7900GT for the mainstream products they are. The card at best struggled to reach anything more than 30-35 FPS and in higher resolutions became virtually unplayable.
Conclusion
After putting the Zebronics 7900GS through its paces, we find that the card is a good product. Priced at Rs. 10,750 the card is very competitive in its pricing, as products from other manufacturers cost about Rs. 500 more. Based on its pricing and performance, we highly recommend this card.
