Good slider
Mobile tracker
Decent camera
Non-responsive keypad
Sluggish user interface
Low battery life

The battery life is something I will not vouch for. The battery drains in a day even with moderate usage. So if you plan to have a night out after office, you will simply have to choose to remain incommunicado.

To sum up, the phone really doesn't excite me. Right from form factor to features, there is nothing that will give you pride of ownership. It costs Rs 10,100 with bill and warranty, and while this isn't very expensive, you get plenty of other good options for this price.

Lovely phone except the battery. have been using it for nearly 7 months now, was one of the first purchasers. Bought 4 more within the family and am in love with it,. does not hang, does what you ask it to do, unlike Nokia and sony phones.. Sadly the charger cover is a bad bad design .D-840 does have a silencing' feature, just press the volume key down for a second when the phone is ringing.
