Sound Quality
The earphones provided are good but a tad low when it comes to output. However, since the WK512 has a standard 3.5mm earphone jack you can use a set of earphones of your choice. With a good set the output is clear and loud enough to drown out any outside sound. You could even hook it up to your stereo system at home.
The output of the WKL512 is nevertheless clear and crisp and the preset EQs only enhance the overall experience. Even the playback of recorded files is quite clear with limited distortion from the microphone. Radio pick up is better than quite few players out there.
Battery Performance
Considering the size of this product, you’d think it would have a really teeny tiny battery (which it does). But this battery packs a punch! It can run for 10 hours non stop.
Not only does the battery get charged when connected to your PC via USB, but it also comes with a little travel charger, which is rather convenient for those times when you travel and don’t have a PC or a laptop in the close vicinity.
