By: Jayesh Mansukhani   |   Feb 18,2008

HDD: Seagate 160 GB SATA II

Built on the SATA II platform, this drive has adequate storage. With its price now under Rs 2,500 the drive is not only affordable but can also easily hold all your movies and songs.

Optical Drive: Lite-On LH-20A1P

The market for ODDs has become totally VFM, with prices of blanks dropping to an all-time low. This is one segment where a single company’s lead has remained unchallenged for quite a while. The brand is Liteon, whose products have come to define and set the standards for others to follow. The LH20A1P is Liteon's first 20x DVD-RAM drive. It supports 20x for DVD±R, 8x for DVD±R DL, 8x for DVD+RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 12x for DVD-RAM and 48x for CD-R.

Advanced Micro Devices rules!
-considering quality, performace & durability on it's price tag that is really really on a DIET.
A. Mitra aka 935mitra @ Feb 26,2008
I would opt for AMD for common users...its cheap and works fine.
Jayson @ Feb 25,2008

How can guide this one in budget???????? What is that means?
For the cost of your configuration user can buy Mid performance PC under AMD architecture with good graphics..................... If you searching performance, reliability, value of money go for AMD. Intel is always behind AMD .
Sreekanth @ Feb 20,2008
pls do not miss guide users by using C2D its ont Core 2 Duo
its an Dual Core Processor
& what about Genuine Microsoft Windows Xp Operating system
it should be mentioned as well
dhananjay thakar @ Feb 20,2008
@Zach with a budget of Rs 25000, nobody will even think about SLI
coolpcguy @ Feb 20,2008
This is not C2D it is dual core,
saurabh @ Feb 20,2008
hey the motherboard has only 1 PCI-e slot... beware if u are planin to buy 2 gfx cards and SLi or Crossfire em
zach @ Feb 20,2008
add a 3850 to this one and u have a winner...
zach @ Feb 20,2008
i was wondering, whether the motherboard is SLi capable ??? Also, what about the graphics ??
Tapas @ Feb 19,2008
For low budget I will suggest AMD X2 3800+ coupled with NVidia's 7050PV Chipset Motherboard like ASUS M2N-VM.
Arnov Sarkar @ Feb 19,2008
when can we have it market
hitesh jain @ Feb 19,2008
Wow... This is a good one, since you can't really build a true killer gaming rig for this much, you've just built the best movie / multimedia / browsing rig, and left enough room for later upgrades... I like it.... Especially the 19in monitor part...
Pankaj @ Feb 19,2008
Pretty good........
