Fujifilm Finepix S5700
I must admit; anyone who asks about the most feature-rich camera they can buy for under Rs 13,000 gets the same, standard recommendation from me: the S5700. You have forgot the Sony H7 and H9 models. H7 is a master camera compared to fuji. A full charge will last for 200 plus shots with flash. Its 8.1 MP, 15X optical zoom! I feel this one is a great cam!
