E3 2007 Disappointments

Hellgate: Undone
When it was revealed that Hellgate: London was being developed by ex-Blizzard employees (mainly guys who worked on Diablo), I was completely blown away. I love the sinister world they conjured in all the Diablo games, which had a whiff of evil to it. I expected to see something along the same lines in Hellgate: London, since it’s really similar to Diablo in many ways; but the gameplay trailer shown this E3, showed that Flagship Studios had other plans...
The gameplay trailer seemed a lot like a completely half-assed console RPG where looks are concerned. Sure, the world in-game did seem obliterated but the spell effects and the character model seemed so ridiculously cartoonish and non-bad-ass that the game completely lost its gritty charm in my eyes. WTF guys! We’re not looking for Hellgate: Fable! Give us the Hellgate: Diablo we all deserve!

E3 basically became more like a place for Hi Profile Guys, and there was little or no games of the quirky kind shown or found hidden by people this time.
Also no Kentai hall. So no chance to see those Strange and New kind of Gaming Peripherals. it was like a science museum in there.
With E3 planning on Moving(Rumour) I hope they get back to the old and huge show they were.

Now they FINALLY do something right and people get POed :P This is a never ending thing I guess. Atleast its COMING. Not like its not.
You always have the trusty PC to play it in. And if its anything like UT2k4 it will be compatible in Non ULTRA high end rigs :)

Also DUDE! That trailer was simply awesome. I mean, people already have gone so philosophically deep into that trailer describing the fight between Raiden and the immortal VAMP. The trailer even gave some info on how Revolver became such a huge force to reckon with from being that silly guy in the olden days (MGS3) The trailer was from Nowhere Disappointing.
This Trailer Teasing has been a long tradition of the series, Its always been like this!
