5 Most Entertaining Games to Watch
By: Nikhil Singh   |   Jan 26, 2007

I’m sure that most gamers out there have at some point, had a gaming moment that was so intriguing they wished they had someone to share the experience with. Those moments of awe, those instances of gamer nirvana, are so amazing that they almost feel wasted if you didn’t have someone to share them with. So, to that effect, here’s a list of games that are abundant with such moments, making them some of the best games for a friend to watch, while you play:

Metal Gear Solid

Metal Gear Solid (MGS) has one of the strongest storylines in any game I’ve seen to date and the best part about it is that most of it is delivered through some brilliantly directed cut-scenes. These cut-scenes are real lengthy (they can go on for up to 15 minutes at times), and cover most of your game time, so you feel like you’re watching a very well made espionage movie. Even the tactical stealth based action is intense and fast paced; so when coupled with the incredible boss fights you come across throughout the game, your friend is bound to stay entertained while he/she watches you play MGS.

Shadow of the Colossus

This game is a work of art! The game has a very dreamy de-saturated look which goes really well with the epic scale of everything in the game. The first time your friend lays his eyes on a Colossus, it will be the best 'wtf!' gaming moment of his life. These guys are huge, and the game has a very cinematic way of introducing each one, which makes them seem larger than life. The whole process of finding a Colossus might get a bit boring, but when you get there I’m sure the creative way of defeating each of them, will keep your friend awestruck.

And at present I would like to say GodHand Perfectly fits this type.. because My cousins were one a 6 Day visit and I showed them that on the first day they came.. rather than asking for controller. they wanted me to play as they liked watching me beat up those guys :D every morning till they were gone they woke me up early and made me play it(which I liked btw ) and on the last day no one came out of the room. all were glued to the TV screen for 6 hours!!! and I played three levels(reached the last mission) and defeated all the Bosses with EASE(Not in Easy mode, Normal mode)

It kinda gives one STRENGTH when there are others watching :P the combos start flying and the dodges also work so well :D
