For those who’ve newly emerged from a bunker, Quake Wars is a spiritual successor (yes I know you have a lot of spiritual successors in this list) to the multiplayer oriented, Enemy Territory and just like it’s predecessor, it won’t offer any sort of single player campaign where players will choose to align with either the Humans or the invading Strogg. Oh! and just so you know; this game will not be free, unlike Enemy Territory.
Hellgate London is a First Person/Third Person action RPG from the same talented bunch who worked on crowd favorites like Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft (in short, ex-Blizzard employees). In the game, London has been overrun by a demonic invasion and it’ll be upto you to liberate humanity from this horrific tyranny. Besides a healthy single player campaign, the game will also pack a multiplayer component that’ll focus on… a co-operative mode.
