AV System
• 5.1 Speaker System from Monitor Audio
• Denon AVR-3805
• Denon DVD-1920 player
• 82" Dalite projector screen (motor operated) (4:3 format)
• DNP's 72" SuperNova projection screen (16:9 format)
• Hitachi HD PJ-TX200 projector
• Bose Wave Music System
• Logitech Harmony Universal Remote Control
The AV system is very respectable. It maybe not the highest-end job available, but then money isn't everything. Brands such as Monitor and Denon are highly reputed in the AV industry, while the Dalite screen is worthy of generous praise. The sound is bloody loud when it has to be, with the perfect balance of kicking bass and nice sheen in the high end. The well-made room helps create the perfect reverb time.
The video is large and crisp when the lights are off. The Hitachi projector and the Dalite screen roll down at the push of a button on the pre-programmed Logitech Harmony universal remote. They take 3 seconds to emerge out of their slumber, after which the lights dim automatically too, so you can safely go into raptures.
