All-in-One Phones Under Rs. 15,000
By: Aalaap Ghag   |   Jan 11, 2007

The previous article with a list of all-in-one phones under Rs. 10,000 was quite popular and comprehensive, but there will always be buyers with a bit more green to spend, so now we’ll see what you get upwards of that amount, but not over Rs. 15,000.

All-in-one phones are phones that have it all. To be eligible for this stamp, the phone needs to have a camera, an MP3 player, an FM radio tuner, a memory card slot for expansion and finally Bluetooth support.

Nokia N72 Smartphone (Rs. 12,800)
An excellent budget phone, this is also the cheapest Nseries offering and also the cheapest all-in-one phone running the fabulous Series 60 3rd Edition UI. The N72 has a 2 megapixel camera along with a flash, an MP3/AAC player, stereo FM radio tuner, a dual-voltage RS-MMS memory card slot and Bluetooth. The phone is tri-band GSM handset with support for GPRS and EDGE. It is available in black and pink.

Nokia 6151 (Rs. 11,000)
The Nokia 6151 might look like a 6030, but it’s a loaded phone with a 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3/AAC player, an FM radio tuner, a hot-swap microSD memory card slot, and Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate support. It runs the updated Series 40 UI and is a tri-band GSM phone with support for GPRS, EDGE and also 3G.

Nokia 6233 (Rs. 11,000)
The new Nokia 6233 has a higher resolution, QVGA display. This Series 40 phone has a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, microSD memory card support and Bluetooth. This is also a tri-band GSM phone with support for EDGE and 3G. Note: Price was corrected!

The Sony Ericsson K790i now comes for below Rs.14000/-
So I guess it wins the battle for the under-15000 phones.

What about Nokia 3250? Its one of the best phones available in the market. I had bought it when it was released and its price should be less than 15K now.
