Samsung SGH-X700 (Rs. 8,700)
For the candy bar-style crowd, there’s the superb, all-in-one Samsung SGH-X700 that gives you MP3 and AAC music playback, an FM radio tuner, 35MB of phone memory with a microSD/TransFlash memory card slot.
Sony Ericsson K750i (Rs. 10,000)
Will this phone ever stay away from any of our top lists?? The K750i has MP3 and AAC playback support, FM radio and 34MB of phone memory with a Memory Stick PRO/Duo memory card slot. It has USB Mass Storage support, so you can drag and drop your tunes on it directly.
Haier M260 (Rs. 10,300)
A new entrant on the scene, the Haier M260 has MP3 playback support, an FM radio tuner, miniSD memory card support, and a 1.8-inch touch-sensitive screen and stylus, though it’s only 128x160 pixels. If you get it, you’ll need a memory card reader, as there’s no Bluetooth or USB support in this phone. An off-beat choice.
The next update to this article will have better options (obviously), so watch out for that.
