- HTC Diamond has 3G support, maybe In india version there's no 3G hardware included.. thanx for informing ill have to buy from the gray market i guess.. later upgrade the rom with an universal one..

- 3G requires special hardware. So there is no s/w which can do that.

- Hi i am a proud owner of HTC Diamond which i purchased few days back... its a COOL phone... I had decided to buy thgis based on the spec mention on HTC website but while i was registering my phone with HTC site i came to know its only 2g and not 3g as mentioned in the specs... so a bit sad... i am aware that 3g wud coem to India only by next year so till that time i have no issue sbut what happens when 3g is launched ... can a software update convert my phone to 3g?? of it needs hardware requirements???
