Breaking new ground, Samsung will be the first company in India to integrate Artificial Intelligence across its entire room air-conditioner (RAC) portfolio. The ambitious 2026 lineup introduces 23 models, all powered by Samsung’s proprietary Bespoke AI. This advanced technology, already a staple in premium home appliances like refrigerators and washing machines, now brings personalized convenience and smart energy management to air conditioning.

Redefining Home Cooling with AI

Bespoke AI is designed to offer a truly intelligent cooling experience. It delivers personalized convenience, substantial energy savings, and proactive assistance, seamlessly leveraging voice commands via Bixby and sophisticated machine learning algorithms. Ghufran Alam, Vice President of Digital Appliances, emphasized that this new range redefines home cooling, reflecting Samsung’s commitment to innovation tailored for India’s diverse climate.

A cornerstone of this innovation is the AI Energy Mode. This intelligent feature meticulously optimizes cooling performance by learning and adapting to usage patterns. It dynamically adjusts compressor operation, temperature settings, and cooling intensity, ensuring power consumption is minimized without ever compromising on comfort. This smart approach guarantees efficient operation and tangible savings on electricity bills.

Unmatched Comfort and Smart Features

Beyond intelligence, comfort remains paramount. Samsung’s renowned WindFree Cooling technology ensures an evenly cooled environment by gently dispersing air through thousands of micro air holes. This ingenious design completely eliminates unpleasant cold drafts, allowing users to enjoy a consistently comfortable atmosphere without drastic temperature fluctuations, a common complaint with traditional air conditioners.

The new Bespoke AI air conditioners also integrate seamlessly with SmartThings, enabling smart connectivity and proactive maintenance. Priced from Rs 32,490, these units are supported by Smart Forward, a service delivering new features and security updates via software. This ensures the ACs autonomously monitor their status, detect abnormalities, and provide instant notifications, making maintenance simpler and more proactive.

Samsung's Vision for a Smarter Future

Samsung’s move in the RAC segment aligns with its broader vision announced earlier this month: embedding AI across every product category, from mobile phones to displays. While the Indian RAC market, estimated at 13-14 million units, is highly competitive with major players like Voltas, LG, and Daikin, Samsung's strategic re-entry with AI-driven products aims to carve out a significant space.

With the Bespoke AI WindFree air conditioners, Samsung is not just selling an appliance; it's offering a smarter, more energy-efficient, and comfortable lifestyle. The combination of advanced AI features, substantial energy savings, and seamless smart home integration positions these ACs as a compelling choice for discerning consumers. This initiative underscores Samsung’s dedication to innovative solutions that genuinely address modern living challenges.
