Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE with Snapdragon chipset and Zeiss cameras launched in India: Price, specs

Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE have finally launched in India this week and both the premium devices look to appeal with their design, hardware capability and the Zeiss cameras. Vivo already has the X300 and the X300 Pro models available in the country but this is the first Ultra variant from the brand to launch as it looks to showcase further credentials of having a camera-centric product that can match the best in the business.

Both the phones are using a Snapdragon chipset, come with a triple camera setup and run on Android 16-based OriginOS version.

Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE price in India

Vivo X300 Ultra has launched in India at Rs 1,59,999 for the only 16GB + 512GB variant. You get the Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra priced at Rs 27,999 and the Imaging Grip kit costs Rs 11,999.

Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE specifications

The X300 Ultra is the bigger of the two models launched by Vivo, sporting a 6.82-inch AMOLED 144Hz display with Dolby Vision, HDR10+ while the X300 FE gets a more compact 6.31-inch AMOLED 120Hz display.

The X300 Ultra uses the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, while the X300 FE comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Both the devices are running OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and promised to get 5 OS upgrades and over 6 years of security updates.

The main highlight of the X300 Ultra is the triple camera system that consists of a 200MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP wide angle lens and 200MP telephoto lens with OIS. Even the front of the phone has a 50MP shooter.

The X300 FE also has a triple camera setup but you have a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Both the devices get a wide array of IP ratings for better durability against water and dust.

The X300 Ultra packs a 6600mAh battery that supports 100W FlashCharge wired, 40W wireless charging. The X300 FE has a slightly smaller 6,500mAh unit with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging supported.
